New EPF message on the spy phone!!

Hello everyone!! Recently, Herbert the poler bear sent out a message to all the EPF phones on Club Penguin. Here is the message he sent.

Now the mystery of who rebult the Ultimate Probot is now discovered!! It was Herbert!! And it looks like he's up to his old tricks. EPF agents, be ready for more system attacks in the game "System Defender". I suspect there will be some more levels soon. Are we in a bad situation or should we not worry about this matter to much?
