EPF system warning error

Hello bloggers!! Recently, EPF agents have been found out and have been having problems. If you go to this site on Club Penguin, (http://www.clubpenguin.com/elite-penguin-force/), you will see the picture above.  If you can't see the words then it says. "System report: critical bugs detected. Error code: //UP10K//. Threat level high. Be on alert." Now the weird thing is, is that if there was a System warning/error, then how come in the second picture, when you hit scan, it doesn't say the same message or something like it. If there is a bug in the EPF computer then it should say bug detected or something to warn all the EPF agents about this bug!! Do you think Club Penguin just didn't update it yet or do you think its a glitch? Let me know guys!!
